Shipping

All order are subject to handling prior to shipment, usually 1-2 days. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day after receipt of payment.

We offer free express shipping on all orders over R450. For orders under R450 shipping is charged at R70

After your package shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. We ship from our warehouse in Johannesburg or Port Elizabeth.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. ZOTO cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible to any additional fees incurred to ship the package to the right address.
